As my family, friends, and subscribers know, I am adamantly against forwarding email to my contacts that contain advertising, multi-level marketing offers, chain letter schemes, and all off-the-wall concepts/ideas. I published an article sometime back expressing that exact view.

Fast forward to today and we find that our economy and our citizens continue to struggle...foreclosures are proceeding at an alarming rate, real unemployment remains high, and the Real Estate, Mortgage, and Construction Industries have taken a devastating hit.
