The Bulletin Board Kit You're about to learn one of my closely guarded Please don't tell your mortgage friends and associates! My secret...posting to select bulletin boards in my mortgage marketing area. As you know, I love to close a mortgage using low cost origination ideas. Using bulletin board fliers definitely fits in that category and it's a great tool to use if you're an old hand at mortgages...or, new to the business. There's a number of my "private bulletin boards" that I have continually posted notices on for years. Just so you know...I call them my "private bulletin boards" because they are located in areas with extremely high traffic (about as public as you can get), I'm the only Mortgage Professional that posts to the board and best of all, they produce an insane number of low-cost mortgage leads for me. Here are a few of the advantages of using bulletin board fliers: 1. They’re inexpensive, 2. They’re easy to generate, 3. The response is almost immediate, 4. They help you establish a farming area, 5. They can be targeted to a specific market, and What's included... This Kit is intended to help you get started using Bulletin Boards... Every bulletin board flier in this kit is laid out in Microsoft Word Edition. Most computers today are delivered with a version of Word giving you the ability to edit and then print from any computer that has Word installed.
The fliers are printed on Avery postcard stock which prints four (4) perforated cards on each page giving you four fliers that measure 4.25” x 5.5” each. The fliers can also be printed two (2) per page using normal size paper.
All of the bulletin board fliers adhere to Florida Law and the following conventions: · The Mortgage Broker Company or Lender must be identified on all advertising. · If a “monthly payment” or an “interest rate” is used in an advertisement...an APR must always be shown. We’ve included a flier that mentions an adjustable “Low Start Rate” Mortgage. Remember to change the flier if you are promoting a 1.00% Start Rate or a 1.95% Start Rate, etc. and calculate your APR. We have included eight (8) bulletin board fliers in this package. Four (4) are for 'Home Buyers' or 'renters' and four (4) are targeted for residences and refinancing. Four (4) of the fliers are laid out on postcard stock (4 per page) and four (4) are laid out on regular paper (2 per page).
Each of the bulletin board fliers are equipped with "tear-off" strips that contain your name, contact information, and a reminder of your FREE offer should they call. Edit the "tear-offs" and fliers one-time with your personal information and you're set to go.
The fliers are listed alphabetically in the “Folders” just as Word organizes them in its directory. You'll also receive an seven (7) page guide to bulletin board marketing which includes tips and details about getting started with your door hanger marketing program.
As you use the fliers you'll find that all of the text and images are laid out using "text boxes" for ease of editing, changing, and designing of new bulletin board fliers. Not only can you edit and change the fliers to suit your needs, you can add or delete the use of color as you see fit.
